Conserving resources and the environment
Sustainable corrugated cardboard packaging
As a packaging provider, we are aware of our major influence on environmental protection and sustainability. Of course, the best way to protect the environment would be to dispense with product packaging altogether. From the product’s point of view, however, this is not an option.
That’s why we at Brangs + Heinrich are taking a modern approach to sustainability: wherever possible, we use renewable raw materials. This can include replacing film with paper alternatives, for example. Our development of packaging paper and cardboard made from grass, for example, has achieved good results. The raw material grass grows back particularly quickly and frugally and is therefore a valuable addition to the sustainable packaging portfolio.
Thanks to modern research, recyclable materials can now also be used more frequently without having to compromise on functionality and quality. With our ‘Close the loop’ concept, you can actively participate and make your contribution to greater sustainability by regularly collecting your defined packaging waste from you, returning it to the cycle and producing new recycled packaging from it.
We also ensure short transport routes and fewer transports in order to minimise CO2 consumption. We achieve this with volume- and weight-optimised packaging solutions that reduce load sizes and can therefore transport more products with one load.
